This guy reportable opened up a company AMEX card under the Condo Association Name and went on a spending spree. He charged outrageous things, like phone bills, food, gas WHILE he traveled out of State. Not only was he on the Condo Board, but he was the President. I believe he got caught during a random audit an he was forced to resign. One of the bad parts about it is that is lasted for about 3-4 years..

However, the worst thing this guy did was not pay his HOA Dues. No how in the world can you run an Association and think you can get away with that..
