Sundance Vacations/Dowd Marketing

Deputy Attorney General, Nicholas Kant, of the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, has investigated Sundance Vacations for violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq. (“CFA”) and/or the regulations promulgated thereunder, N.J.A.C. 13:45A-1.1 et seq. (“CFA” Regulations).

Isn't it hilarious that Sundance Vacations denies any wrong doing, but yet agrees not to do what the Attorney General investigated them for doing!? How does a business agree not to do that which they claim they do not do? Huh? GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
